Our townhome-style duplexes are spread across 3 levels, 2 stories + a partially finished basement with all 3 bedrooms on the upper level while our ranch-style home is spread across the main level and a fully finished basement, the master bedroom suite on the main level with two further bedrooms in the basement. In addition to offering these great homes, for your convenience, we offer non-emergency maintenance during office hours, with 24-hour emergency maintenance on call.

RENT, DEPOSIT & FEES
RENT: $1,560 - $1,695
DEPOSIT: equal to one month's rent
FEES: $50 per adult application fee, $150 redecoration fee.
RECURRING FEES: $21.75 for trash & pest control.
The deposit listed is required with an application, any application without a deposit will not be accepted. If your application is not approved, you will have your deposit returned to you. However, if your application is approved, you will be notified by voice call and email, if you have one, at which time, the deposit becomes nonrefundable, even if you cancel your move-in.
PET POLICY
Two (2) pets up to a maximum weight of 60lbs each at maturity, 1+ year of age, are permitted with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, a $300 pet deposit, and pet rent of $25 per pet. Some dog breed restrictions do apply; contact us for further details of our pet policy.
