Our spacious apartment homes offer all the amenities of home including central heat and air, double pane windows, washer/dryer hookups, one or two bathrooms, carpet, vinyl and window treatments throughout. In addition to a great apartment, onsite amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, children's playground, picnic areas, and BBQ grills. Management and maintenance are on site Monday thru Friday with emergency maintenance on-call 24/7.

FEES

Application Fee: $45/adult (one-time)
Redecoration Fee: $100 (one-time)
Month to Month Lease:  +$100/month
4 - 6 Month Lease: +$50/month
7 - 11 Months Lease: +$25/month.

The minimum initial lease term is 6 months, month to month, and 4 - 6 month leases are available after the initial lease period.

PET POLICY

A maximum of two (2) pets, up to a maximum weight of 40lbs each at maturity, at least 1 year old, are permitted with a $200 nonrefundable pet fee, a refundable $250 deposit, and $20 pet rent, per pet. Some breed restrictions do apply, mostly limited to aggressive breeds, contact our community office for more information.
