PET POLICY

Pet deposit is ½ of the monthly rental rate plus $10/month for pets upto 30lbs and $25/month for pets over 30lbs. Dogs over 60lbs or multiple dogs over 60lbs must obtain prior approval from management. The following dog breeds will not be permitted: Pitbull (Staffordshire Terrier), German Shepherd, Husky, Rottweiler, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Chow and Wolf hybrids or any mix of the above. Current vet records and renter's insurance required for all pets.
