My recipe for success is: A heart full of patience and ethics, a head full of knowledge, a hand full of humor, a hand full of perseverance, a mouth full of respect, eyes full of kindness and understanding, and a workplace full of good employees, bosses, and friends. None of these ingredients are optional, but can be mixed up to create the perfect work recipe.
